Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced M&A Associate to join their investment banking team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, private equity, or transaction advisory, with excellent financial modeling skills and the ability to support M&A and capital-raising transactions.
Responsibilities: Prepare pitches and presentations for deal origination and implementation.
Create and maintain financial models and perform valuations for M&A and capital-raising transactions.
Prepare transaction documents, including information memos and teasers.
Support the deal due diligence process, including managing data rooms and bidder information requests.
Coordinate with clients, potential bidders, and investors, as well as other advisors.
Assist in preparing transaction documents and handling Know Your Customer (KYC) and background checks for client onboarding.
Manage and mentor junior team members, overseeing their work.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, transaction advisory, or private equity.
Qualifications: Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Accounting, Investments, or related fields.
Strong academic background with a minimum of 80% in Matric Mathematics and 70% in Matric English (or equivalent A-levels).
