What You'll Do Fulfill a variety of exciting and diverse requests: From straightforward tasks like checking availability to complex arrangements like organizing bespoke itineraries.Provide top-notch, lifestyle-driven solutions: Tailored perfectly to our members' needs and desires.Work closely with a network of contacts and resources: Ensuring every request is met with precision and flair.Handle anything that comes your way: From retail recommendations to seamless taxi transfers – no challenge is too big or small!Skills / Qualifications Experience: At least 3–4 years of relevant work experience in hospitality.Communication: Excellent phone etiquette, and exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.Passion for Service: Enthusiastic about engaging with members and creating memorable experiences.Administrative Abilities: Strong planning and organizational skills.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Competencies Strong planning and organisational skillsResults orientationMember focusAdaptabilityTeam workInitiative and Pro-activityAttention to detail/accuracyPositive Outlook and Self-ConfidenceWorking hours This role will involve Tuesday to Saturday shifts.
The majority of shifts will be 9am-6pm GMT but will involve at least one late shift (12am - 9pm GMT) each week.
You'll work 40 hours per week.
