Some Your duties will include but not limited to:Tender administration.Contract Bill of Quantities.Contract administration.Site Measurement.Interim Payment Certificates.Agreeing and negotiating Final Accounts.Engineering EstimatesCost ReportingThe incumbent will also be required to conduct site visits around Johannesburg periodically.QualificationsB-Tech Quantity Surveying (minimum). However, a BSc Quantity Surveying is preferable.Candidate MUST be registered with The SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor/Pr.
