Maxim Healthcare in Pensacola, FL is hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes in the New Orleans, LA area.
Current need: 18 hrs/wk (3 days x 6 hours)
Pay: $35/hr
We are looking to expand our territory and are needing to have nurses in our pipeline with availability in order to pursue new referrals.
Once we are able to identify nurses with additional/Full-Time availability, we will be able to seek out additional referrals.

Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
Current BLS card.
One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
