If you're customer obsessed, driven to deliver results and thrive in fast-paced environment then this could be the role for you.This job is based in South Africa.About the Role We're looking for someone who is motivated, customer obsessed and target driven with an exceptional work ethic to join us as a Loyalty Specialist.As a Loyalty Specialist, you'll be proactively contacting new and existing residential customers, providing excellent customer service whilst meeting agreed performance targets. You will be taking inbound calls as well as making outbound calls and dealing with enquiries received by email.Working as part of a team within a fast-paced environment, you will deliver exceptional customer service in a proactive manner by taking the time to understand the needs of each customer and provide a resolution in the first instance.The role is highly varied and provides a great opportunity for someone to enhance their negotiating and influencing skills as well.Key Responsibilities:Answering inbound retentions enquiries, making sales/saves and delivering strong customer service.Processing customer orders on appropriate systems.Consistently achieving set weekly and monthly targets.Delivering exceptional customer service.Updating and maintaining database reports related to your role.Proactively contacting customers to renew their contracts.Key Requirements:Previous experience in a customer facing, fast paced sales environment would be highly advantageous.The ability to have good conversations with customers and build rapport quickly with a pleasant attitude.Enthusiasm and a strong work ethic are key for this role.Self-motivated, resilient and autonomous.Good influencing and negotiating skills.A high level of computer literacy and quick to learn new applications.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills.Other:You will need your own reliable laptop and a strong fibre internet connection, as this is primarily a work-from-home position (you will be paid a monthly working-from-home allowance as well as a connectivity allowance). You will also require a noise-cancelling headset, a quiet environment to work from and backup power.Although this is a remote role, we would like you to meet with the other members of the Customer Experience and Support team for team meetings and training; therefore ideally you must be based in or around Johannesburg.This role is initially for a period of 3 months with the view to moving to permanent should you be successful in the role.
