All of our fostering agencies are officially recognised by Ofsted, Welsh and Scottish regulators as either 'Outstanding' or 'Good'.About the RoleThe Carer Loyalty Manager will build and maintain trusted relationships with the Group's foster carers and develop a market-leading proposition to enhance loyalty and retention. This will involve liaising and understanding our carers' engagement and communication needs, implementing comprehensive engagement strategies, and coordinating carer satisfaction research and retention initiatives across the Group. You will work in close collaboration with the Marketing Team, Carer Recruitment Team and Fostering Advisory Centre to ensure a smooth and efficient carer journey and experience from enquiry to approval.Who we are looking forThe Carer Loyalty Manager will have strong interpersonal skills and excel at building rapport with a range of stakeholders. You will be experienced in coordinating customer satisfaction programmes and executing comprehensive communication plans. With a background in sales and a well-organised approach to work, you will have a proven track record managing and maintaining strong client relationships. You will have the ability to gather and analyse information from various sources and use this to create actionable and measurable plans.
