Matric is essentialDegree or 3 year Diploma is essentialPreference will be given to graduates from Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transport or similarIntermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly ExcelGood command of the English language and clear communication is essentialTraining will be provided.Valid drivers license with own reliable transport due to late night travelingDue to the operation, candidate needs to be able to work after hours, night shift, on call and for stock takes this is not negotiablePreference will be given to male candidatesERP System experience an advantagePreference will be given to candidates residing in close proximity to Rondebosch, Cape TownPreference will be given to Non-SmokersGood computer skills (i.e., MS Office package)DUTIESReceiving, packing and sending medical equipment and loan sets to various hospitals and branches Handle delivery and collection of medical loan sets and medical stock from customersArrange transportation : airport and / or couriers when requiredPerform "On Call & Shift" duties i.e.: collection / receipting / delivery of stock / loan sets wherever and whenever necessaryChecking of all instruments for functionality to ensure good working order of instrumentsPreparation of appropriate documentation to accompany medical loan sets to and from customers / hospitalsUsages from medical loan sets to be accurately recorded and copies thereof to be given to the invoicing departmentRecording and notification of missing / broken medical instrumentationFollow up with hospital staff and Sales Representatives regarding broken / missing medical instrumentation and stockPreparation for and participating in quarterly stock takesWeekly stock countsRequisitioning of medical loan sets and implants and follow up of flight detailsAssist with the accurate recording of bookings from customers when requiredAssist with any general duties in Customer Service Department as and when required
