Logistics Supervisor

Requirements:Manage the administration priorities of 3rd party depots, ensuring an efficient and effective delivery of good customer service in those regionsSupport the greater national logistics infrastructure, alleviating pressures at national depots as required, with a day to day focus on JHB supportManage the expired and at risk stockExecute all third party depot managementManage and implement SLA for 3rd party depotsAssist with batch code allocations in JHB and national depots when requiredManage scorecards of 3rd party depotsIssue daily reports as required e.g. delivery effectivenessManage the cash sales reconciliations and document submissionsManage SCT processing/inputs and truck utilizationManage the expired or soon to be expired stock in all regionsManage and co-ordinate the logistics Tempo and Complaints 2 information and feedback nationallyMonitor and collate early warning quality issuesMaintain the work procedures on TempoSupport administrative functions in all depots nationallySupport the National Logistics Managers in the implementation of best practices nationallyMin Grade 12 certificate, a relevant Degree or studying towards a relevant DegreeMinimum 2-3 years work experience preferableFluent in English
