Logistics Stock Manager - Fmcg

RPO Recruitment is partnering with a leading FMCG company to find a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Stock Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing stock levels, ensuring accurate inventory counts, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth logistics operations.
  Responsibilities Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate stock replenishment.
Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
Analyze stock data and provide insights and recommendations to optimize stock management processes.
Implement best practices in stock management to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, warehousing, and production to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Manage relationships with key suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
Develop and maintain effective stock control policies and procedures.
Implement and utilize inventory management systems to track and monitor stock levels.
Oversee the receiving, storage, and dispatching of stock to meet customer demands.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in stock management within the FMCG industry.
Experience with inventory management systems and software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in stock counts.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
