This role is perfect for and demands the expertise of a seasoned professional project manager with extensive experience in projects related to logistics and retail execution operations. Key Responsibilities:
End to end project delivery.
Client SLA/KPI setting, tracking and reporting.
Client Satisfaction - Client Relationship and Account Management.
Cost Estimates Reporting, Scheduling and Administration.
Issue resolution.
Commercial ownership - pricing, finance process adherence (purchase order, accruals, invoicing and overall risk mitigation).
Team leadership, Mentorship, Culture.
Forecasting accuracy, measurement and formulation of strategies to deliver revenue consistency in line with forecast commitments.
Qualifications:
Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (Honours degree preferred) OR EQUIVALENT.
6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in CPG, retail logistics and execution.
Relevant certifications in project management or business admin - advantageous.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Driver's license.
Bi-lingual - advantageous.
Emotional intelligence.
Key details:
Role is based on the northern side of Durban. Will require you to drive between offices, production and warehousing. Salary is market and experience related.
