Key Responsibilities:

End to end project delivery.
Client SLA/KPI setting, tracking, and reporting.
Client Satisfaction - Client Relationship and Account Management.
Cost Estimates.
Reporting, Scheduling, and Administration.
Issue resolution.
Commercial ownership - pricing, finance process adherence (purchase orders, accruals, invoicing, and overall risk mitigation).
Team leadership, mentorship, and culture.
Forecasting accuracy, measurement, and formulation of strategies to deliver revenue consistency in line with forecast commitments.

Qualifications:

Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Honours degree preferred) OR EQUIVALENT.
6+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in CPG, retail logistics, and execution.
Relevant certifications in project management or business administration are advantageous.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Driver's license.
Bi-lingual is advantageous.
Emotional intelligence.

Key Details:

Role is based on the northern side of Durban.
Will require you to drive between offices, production, and warehousing.
Salary is market and experience related.
