Logistics Operations Controller

Position: Logistics Controller
As the Logistics Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring shipments (local, imports, and exports) as well as warehouse activities.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing deliveries (local, import, and export).
Attending to daily queries.
Customer support.
EDI monitoring.
LSP management.
GR management.
POD management.
KPI management.
Creating quotations.

Requirements:

Matric and a logistics qualification.
At least 3 years experience in freight forwarding, air and sea freight.
Knowledge of warehouse, inbound and outbound procedures would be an advantage.
Able and willing to monitor shipments after hours.
