The responsibility involves overall management and oversight of the branches in the specific region.Responsibilities:Adherence to the company policies and procedures within the basic conditions of the employment act.Focus on customer needs and customer service while ensuring that all policies and procedures are met.Responsible for the financial and operational needs of the branches as a whole.Management and cost-cutting measures in the regions.Swift resolution of customer queries.Reviewing business processes on an ongoing basis to ensure efficient and effective operations.Developing and maintaining high employee morale and dedication to serving customers, conducting all activities in a manner consistent with respect for people values and company policies.Managing IR matters in the region.Recruitment and training of new employees and ongoing training to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded.Leading, directing, training, and managing the performance of the regional team.Effectively holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.Prioritizing incoming inquiries and converting them into live business.Monitoring branch reports on a daily basis.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12National Diploma (3yrs) or Higher in Logistics / Distribution / Freight / Courier or Supply Chain Management / Business ManagementExperience:Computer Literacy.Logistics experience with a proven track record.
