The position As a Logistics Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for the following: Ensuring adequate inventory/product availability to meet business goals.
Monitoring 3PL performance and implementing improvements.
Ensuring compliance with internal processes and guidelines.
Providing timely and accurate information sharing with business partners.
Identifying, proposing, and implementing improvements for 3PL management and operations.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications: Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics.
5-8 years of experience in Logistics, with an extensive knowledge of imports functions, distribution processes and inventory management.
Experience working cross-functionally with commercial teams.
Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
Good analytical and organizational skills.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of demand planning.
