JOB POSTING NUMBER: 10c1dc60 Role Overview: As the Logistics Manager at ARGI, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical operations of the company, ensuring efficient and effective management of the supply chain. You will manage the transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods, ensuring that products are delivered on time and within budget. Your role will include optimizing logistics processes, managing logistics personnel, and coordinating with suppliers and customers. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement logistics strategies and processes to improve efficiency. - Oversee the transportation, warehousing, and distribution operations. - Ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods. - Manage logistics personnel, providing guidance and support. - Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve service levels. - Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. - Ensure compliance with logistics regulations and company policies. - Manage logistics budgets and financial reports. - Implement and oversee inventory management processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or 10 years of experience in a management and leadership role in logistics. - Professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CLTD) are preferred. - Proven experience as a Logistics Manager or similar role. - Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles. - Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Military background is a plus. - Willingness to travel as required by company operations.
