The responsibility involves overall management and oversight of the branches in the specific region.Responsibilities:Adherence to the company policies and procedures within the basic conditions of the employment act.Ability to focus on customer needs and customer service while ensuring that all policies and procedures are met.Responsible for the financial and operational needs of the branches as a whole.Responsible for management and cost-cutting measures in the regions.Responsible for the swift resolution of customer queries.Reviewing business processes on an ongoing basis to ensure efficient and effective operations.Responsible for developing and maintaining high employee morale and dedication to serving customers, conducting all activities in a manner consistent with respect for people values and company policies.Responsible for IR matters in the region.Responsible for recruitment and training of new employees and ongoing training to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded.Lead, direct, train, and manage the performance of the regional team.Demonstrate effectiveness in holding conversations with customers, customer evangelism, and customer-focused product development and outreach.Prioritize incoming inquiries and convert them into live business.Monitor branch reports on a daily basis.Minimum Requirements:Grade 12National Diploma (3yrs) or Higher in Logistics / Distribution / Freight / Courier or Supply Chain Management / Business ManagementExperience:Computer Literacy.Logistics experience with a proven track record.Management or operational experience.IR experience.
