ROLE PURPOSE The Logistics Graduate will work closely with the Team Lead for all KZN stores, Nexio engineers, and the central warehouse. The Logistics Graduate will also work closely with the project managers to ensure stock is available as required. ROLE REQUIREMENTExecute all logistics functions for KZN storesSingle point of contact to Vodacom and Nexio for KZN stockDirect impact on business performance and SLAsEffective communicationSelf-MotivatedReceiving and dispatching of all equipment to staff/engineersVerifying stock received and reporting stock discrepanciesConduct weekly and month-end stock takesCapturing all stock received onto the databaseMaintaining buffer stock levels, ensuring there is sufficient stock on handFiling and documenting all goods dispatchedShipping decommissioned goods back to Nexio/VodacomManage stakeholder relationships, both internal and external (Nexio & Vodacom), delivering to the clientProtect the Nexio brand by maintaining a positive image.
