Job Responsibilities: Suppliers:Communication and maintain good relationships with the suppliers that provide goods and services to the organization.Coordinate subcontracted Logistics service providers to ensure stock is collected and delivered on timeCollections and deliveries:Organizing and coordinating collections and deliveries to and from SuppliersCoordinate supplier returns nonconforming stockAlways provide up to date information to the Stores Team regarding expected collections and deliveriesCall-offs:Submit call-offs to all suppliers on a scheduled routine through to ensure Stores required stock levels are maintained.Submit Emergency call-offsEscalating call-off queries to PurchasingJob Requirements: Grade 12 (Critical)Expeditor (advantage)3 years stores experience2 years Automotive manufacturing environmentSupplier relationship experienceThe ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
