BKB is currently seeking a Logistics Co-Ordinator: Special Auctions who will be responsible for the planning and coordination of labour, equipment and various tasks related to the effective functioning of auctions.REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 with at least 3 years' experience in an agricultural environmentValid EC licenseValid PDP (Public Driver's Permit)Prepared to work long hoursRECOMMENDATIONSStructured approach to operational challengesFocus on detailExcellent client focusGood communicatorProven interpersonal skillsGood administrative skillsHardworking, punctuality, precision and good teamwork KEY REPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE:Planning and coordination of labour, equipment and building of pens for special auctionsManagement of wages employeesResponsible for the preparation of all equipmentLiaison with the Driver/Loadmaster to ensure effective and timeous delivery of equipment at auctionsResponsible for maintenance of auction equipmentResponsible for all administration
