The Logistics Coordinator will form part of the Order Fulfilment team and will assist with the coordination of installations, deliveries, collections, stock, and warehousing. We are looking for an eager individual who will be willing to go the extra mile, take initiative, and take pride in understanding Telecommunications, Connectivity, and especially Satellite Technology.Duties & ResponsibilitiesTaking Stock of Customer EquipmentOrdering Stock of Customer EquipmentCapturing of Customer Equipment Stock on Pastel EvolutionReporting on Customer Equipment (Stock Movement)Booking of Shipments (Collections and Deliveries)Following up and updating the necessary parties with regards to shipmentsTaking Stock of Office EquipmentCapturing of Office Equipment Stock on Pastel EvolutionReporting on Office Equipment (Stock Movement)Booking of Shipments (Collections and Deliveries)Following up and updating the necessary parties with regards to shipmentsRequesting quotations from installers for installations and service callsCommunicating with the Installer with regards to the Shipment of EquipmentEnsuring that all Equipment is received back after replacementEnsuring that all Equipment received back is testedExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsA positive attitude and strong work ethicCustomer Service orientatedProfessionalWillingness to expand his / her knowledgeA team player with high level dedicationAbility to work under strict deadlinesDesired Experience & QualificationMatricProven work experience as a Logistics CoordinatorMinimum 2 years working experience in a similar roleExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking skillsPositive attitude and strong work ethicCustomer service orientatedProfessionalWillingness to expand his / her knowledgeA team player with high level of dedicationAbility to work under strict deadlinesAdvantageous:Previously worked in the Telecommunications IndustryExcel (Intermediate)Package & RemunerationR14 000 - R18 000
