Requirements:Relevant qualification2 years experience in an FMCG export or logistics environmentSAPDuties:Export Coordination: Maintain regular communication with freight forwarders to ensure efficient processes.Invoice Verification: Review invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and timely submission to accounts.Compliance: Assist in ensuring adherence to export regulations and procedures within the department.Vendor Management: Monitor third-party service level agreements and investigate non-compliance issues.Client Management:Order Management: Maintain accurate inventory and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely order fulfillment.Export Documentation: Prepare and verify export documentation to comply with customs regulations.Stock Management: Monitor stock levels against production plans to ensure timely order dispatch.Customer Communication: Provide regular updates on loading and shipment details to customers.Record keeping: Maintain accurate records and address customer complaints promptly.When applying, ensure your CV is in WORD of PDF format, and not scanned.
