RPO Recruitment is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Controller to join our client's team in the agriculture sector.
This role is based in a dynamic environment where effective logistics and supply chain management play a vital role in supporting agricultural operations.
Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the entire logistics process, including planning, execution, and monitoring of supply chain activities Manage transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely deliveries Work closely with suppliers, farmers, and internal teams to ensure efficient inventory management Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize transport costs and improve service levels Monitor stock levels and manage the flow of goods in and out of warehouses Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify trends and areas for improvement Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards in all logistics activities Requirements Relevant degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum of 3 years experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in the agriculture industry Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of agricultural products and practices is advantageous Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Willingness to travel as required Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
