Logistics ConsultantOur client is looking for a Logistics Consultant with client interaction and a strong analytical background to join their Gauteng Team.Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe position involves overseeing franchise and driver performance, ensuring operational compliance, and reporting. Responsibilities include:Understanding operational leversTraining and enforcing SOPsContributing to SOP improvementMaintaining service levelsMonitoring branch adherence to agreements and KPIsManaging weekly KPIsConducting auditsTraveling as neededAddressing key branch tracking metrics related to driver growth, performance, complaints, and customer satisfactionCompiling weekly reports for feedback and actionDesired Experience & QualificationCompleted Diploma or Degree in Logistics5 years experience in a client-facing role in an operational environment or similarProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)Training experience in an operational setting will be advantageousIT or tech savvy will be advantageous (Strong Excel skills)Valid driver's licenseWorking HoursTuesday – Thursday: 9:00 – 18:00Friday – Saturday: 11:00 – 20:00Sunday/Monday: OFFPackage & RemunerationUp to R 345K CTC + car / petrol / cellphone / laptop
