Logistics Assistant (Zar 250,000 Per Annum)

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-         Daily stock / order reconciliations-         Support Marketing manager on daily marketing functions -         Drafting of offers / commercial agreements -         Checking and confirmation of shipping documentation for export shipments -         Liaising with the teams at port / mine / logistics and marketing department to ensure smooth execution of domestic and export sales. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES-         Grade 12-         BCom or Diploma in business management / logistics / marketing -         2+ years' experience in similar role -         Exposure to mining or commodity trading beneficial -         Honesty / integrity-         Ability to work under pressure – fast paced environment with important deadlines. -         Hard working with emphasis on attention to detail.-         Strong Admin skills is a must. -         Strong communication skills. -         Competent in MS Office.
