Fruit packer and Exporter looking for a logistics Assistant
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Matric with relevant tertiary qualificationBackground in the citrus and/or logistics/packing industry, with 2 – 4 years' stock control experience.Administrative backgroundMust be willing to work unusual and long hours, unique to the packing industry of citrus / table grapesRESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure that the information regarding Bins, spread sheets, stock reports and stock is well managed, and that the balance between them is accurate, reliable and practically useful.Minimize any errors regarding HO intake report and the dispatch report.Ensure pack out reports are sent out within the deadline.Oversee all label control management.Ensure that the Dispatch/Waste reports & the Paltrack
Production Report highlight errors.Keep full record of all data captured with accuracy.Ensure open communication channel between dispatch trucks and logistic department.Please forward cv to admin @ zeminwe.co.za
