Job & Company Description:Duties will include, but are not limited to:Communicate with clients & shippers and resolve any complaints or queries that ariseDaily tasks and operations of planning & loading of shipping processes, receiving and creating packing listsNegotiate shipping feesPrepare sales reportsKeep record of inbound and outbound shipment informationManage shipmentsCollaborate and communicate with packing techniciansOrganize and monitor distributionExcellent knowledge of import and export regulations and requirementsEducation:Completed Matric (Grade 12)Relevant tertiary finance qualification preferredJob Experience & Skills Required:3 to 4 years' experience within a shipping / logistics role essentialSolid knowledge of import and export regulations and requirements essentialManufacturing industry knowledge will be advantageousKnowledge of SAP highly beneficialExperience working with electronic data, MS Excel & MS WordMeticulous attention to detailDeadline drivenApply now!
