Main Duties/Key Results Areas:   Print and complete clearing instructions and send back to Clearing Agents.  Check draft entries and advise on approvals/queries.  Request EDI documents from Clearing Agents.  Request VOC's where required.  Print and sign release letters and send back to Clearing Agents.  Upload documents on the Dashboard.  Update Dashboard on clearance status where required.  All and any other related tasks & duties as expected from the employer from time to time.Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Matric. Basic Excel skills. Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite. 2 Years' administrative or logistics related experience. Soft Skills:   Telephone etiquette. Email etiquette. Professional attitude and appearance. Resourcefulness. Written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask. Strong customer focus. Organisational skills. Ability to work under pressure. Friendly and polite nature. Ability to deal with challenging customers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
