Logistics Administrator

Our client is seeking the skills of a skilled administrator that would be available immediately to assist with their growth and peak requirements.
Office Support Coordinate vehicle repairs, servicing, and insurance renewals promptly to support operations.
Ensure all fuel data is accurately recorded and report any irregularities to operations.
Work closely with the finance team to monitor and manage fleet-related expenses, ensuring precise financial documentation.
Handle the processing of all insurance claims within the required timeframe, ensuring timely resolution and adherence to insurance policies.
Office Management Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by implementing 5S principles across office areas.
Oversee the maintenance and repair of office equipment and furniture to support a functional and productive workspace.
Coordinate and schedule facility repairs and maintenance, addressing issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted office operations.
Manage office access control systems, keeping accurate records of employee access for security and accountability.
Vendor Management Regularly assess vendor performance to ensure compliance with agreed service levels and uphold high-quality standards.
Promptly and effectively address any vendor-related issues or disputes to support smooth operations and foster positive vendor relationships.
Manage vendor payments by accurately uploading and processing invoices in the system to ensure timely financial transactions.
Create vendor Purchase Orders (POs) in the system and prevent any invoices from rolling over to the next month to maintain financial accuracy.
Ensure the correct processing of all monthly accruals, including those for staff, rentals, and fuel expenses.
The candidate would need to be available immediately and have contactable references.
Candidate would need to meet the min requirements in order to qualify for the short listing process: Min Grade 12 Experiece in working on google workbooks previous experience in handling duties as stipulated above.
Due to the nature of the work environment the position will entail the individual to have a clear criminal history due to the nature of the position.
Able to speak, read and write - Afrikaans and English Ability to work under pressure and do not need to be micro managed


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
