MPL Projects and Services (PTY) Ltd is a logistics company currently contracted to deliver coal from mines to power stations for ESKOM in and around the Witbank area. We are looking for a reliable candidate to join our team 14 as a Logistics Administrator Assistant. This is a remote job, and candidates must have their laptop and secure Wi-Fi access.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:
A plus if candidate is from the Witbank area
• Matric / Grade 12
• Computer literate – be proficient in Excel
• Must have own laptop and secure Wi-Fi access
• Experience in logistics in the coal industry
• Fluent in English and Zulu
• Attention to detail
• Strong administrative and analytical skills
• Need to be able to work under pressure
• Team player
Responsibilities:
• Record and keep up to date record of the load recon as well as keep accurate records of the diesel usage.
• Monitoring Telematics and Camera System
• 24/7 Booking of diesel for drivers
* Read and respond to emails professionally
* ?Posting and instructions of drivers on loading plan and ensure company policies are adhered to.
Location
This is a remote position 08:30 to 16:30 Monday to Friday.
