Lodge Resident Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Lodge Resident Manager to oversee operations at their luxury game lodge. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food and beverage management and will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service and hospitality. You will lead a dedicated team, manage daily operations, and collaborate closely with all departments to enhance the lodge's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, food and beverage, and housekeeping.
Develop and implement exceptional food and beverage experiences that reflect local flavors and lodge standards.
Train, mentor, and supervise staff to foster a positive and high-performing team culture.
Ensure the lodge maintains the highest levels of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events and activities for guests.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Lodge Manager, Resident Manager, or in a similar role within luxury hospitality
Previous experience in a food and beverage management role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning and inventory management.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle guest inquiries and concerns effectively.
