Lodge Resident Manager

Candidate Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related fieldHave a minimum of 5 years working experience as a General Manager or a Resident ManagerAt least 5 years in a leadership role in Food and BeverageValid Driver's license and own vehicleA good track record of managing lodge operations and guest relationsMust have strong leadership skills.
Must be able to inspire and motivate your teamMust have excellent communication and interpersonal skillsMust have good problem-solving skillsMust have good knowledge of financial management and budgetingMust have good working knowledge of industry-specific software and systemsThis is a live-in position with meals when on dutyProvident fund provided
