Lodge Resident Manager - Bela Bala

Intimate Luxury Lodge close to Bela Bela is looking for a Resident Manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the operations with a hands-on approach and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service are maintained. You will lead a dedicated team and work closely with various departments to drive revenue, manage expenses, and enhance guest satisfaction.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as General Manager or Resident Manager, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in Food and Beverage.
Proven track record of successfully managing lodge operations and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving common goals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Sound knowledge of hotel financials, revenue management, and budgeting.
Proficient in industry-specific software and systems.
