Requirements
Degree or equivalent from a reputable & recognized Hotel School (Advantageous)
At least 3-5 years Hospitality Management experience in a luxury lodge environment (Essential)
Good understanding of all aspects of the lodge operation (F&B, FOH, Finance, HR, Operations, Field, Maintenance etc)
Strong Food and Beverage background
Strong financial acumen
Excellent Customer Relations
Fluent in MS Office, MS Word & MS Excel
Professional and well groomed
Driver's license essential
RSA Nationals will be given preference
