Responsibilities for the Hunting Lodge Management Couple will include:Professional Hunter:- Lead guided hunting trips and ensure the safety, satisfaction, and success of guests.- Conduct wildlife management activities, including game monitoring, population control, and habitat improvement.- Provide expertise in hunting techniques, firearm safety, and local hunting regulations.- Maintain and repair hunting equipment and firearms.- Ensure compliance with all hunting laws and regulations.
Lodge Manager:- Oversee all aspects of lodge operations, including guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.- Ensure a high level of customer service and guest satisfaction.- Collaborate with the professional hunter to plan and coordinate hunting trips.- Manage lodge finances, including budgeting and expense control.
Requirements for the Hunting Lodge Management Couple: Professional Hunter:- Extensive experience as a professional hunter, with a deep understanding of hunting techniques and wildlife management.- Excellent knowledge of local hunting laws and regulations.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and provide guidance.- Ability to work in outdoor and challenging environments.
Lodge Manager:- Previous experience in lodge or hospitality management.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.- Exceptional customer service skills.
