Lodge Maintenance Manager

A 4*lodge in the Limpopo Province is searching for aMaintenance Manager.REQUIREMENTS:Have exceptional attention to detail.Reliability and adaptability.General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings.Upkeep and repairs of all public areas.General maintenance on electrical, plumbing, appliances, tools and equipment.Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration on projects with outside contractors.Ensure quality control of all maintenance and projects.Prepare, submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.Negotiate favourable wholesale prices with suppliers.Fleet Management of maintenance department company vehicles.Ensure effective staff management within the guidelines of the company policies and legislative requirements.Exceptional report writing skills.Weekly and Monthly reports required.Control and manage stock levels and reports.REQUIREMENTS:Matric is a minimum requirement.Candidate must have strong Leadership, Administration, Project Management and General Building Maintenance skills within the hospitality industry with experience of at least 5 to 10 years.Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills.Project Management is essential.Valid RSA ID is required.Valid Driver's License is required.Live-in - single occupancy onlyPlease forward your CV, qualifications and contactable references.
