Lodge/Hospitality Manager - Prestigious Game Lodge - Bela Bela

Our client is hiring an experienced Lodge/Hospitality Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting the General Manager. This role demands strong managerial skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational and time management abilities.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily lodge operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.Manage and support lodge staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.Assist in maintaining and organizing details for booked catering, weddings, and events.Coordinate with clients and hosts on the day of events to ensure smooth execution.Provide support for senior staff and assist in the initial stages of inquiries regarding events.Arrange meetings with clients to establish relationships and organize event details.Organize and maintain accurate, detailed, and orderly files for weddings and events.Assist the Food and Beverage team and ensure all function sheets are updated and distributed to appropriate managers.Greet hosts upon arrival and ensure all details are managed for ceremonies, weddings, and other public events.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.What We Offer:A competitive salary within the range of R12000 - R20000.A supportive and inclusive work environment.Opportunities for career growth and development within a prestigious game lodge.Requirements:5+ years of relevant hospitality management experience.Willingness to work long and irregular hours.Professional verbal and written communication skills.Fluency in English and Afrikaans.Valid Driver's License.First Aid training (advantageous).Member of the PHASA and hunting experience (advantageous).Between 3 - 5 Years.
