Key Responsibilities: Serve as the key point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
Assist with daily lodge operations, coordinating between departments to maintain high standards.
Support the management team in administrative tasks, reporting, and guest relations.
Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation management efficiently.
Oversee and assist with lodge hosting duties to enhance guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards across the lodge.
Manage and resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a five-star lodge or hospitality setting.
Strong administrative and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in reservation systems and basic computer applications.
A warm and approachable personality with a guest-centric mindset.
Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
