Key Responsibilities:Guest Relations: Serve as the main point of contact for guests, handling check-ins, check-outs, and any special requests to ensure an outstanding experience.Operational Coordination: Oversee and coordinate lodge activities, including dining, housekeeping, and game drives, ensuring smooth operations and high service standards.Communication: Act as a liaison between guests and lodge staff, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.Guest Experience: Anticipate and respond to guest needs, providing personalized service and making recommendations for activities and dining.Team Management: Supervise and support lodge staff to ensure all operational tasks are performed efficiently and to the highest standards.Event Planning: Assist with planning and executing special events or functions held at the lodge.Reporting: Maintain accurate records and report on guest feedback, operational issues, and other relevant information to management.Requirements:Education: Relevant qualifications in hospitality management or a related field.Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or game reserves.Skills:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to multitask and manage multiple aspects of lodge operations effectively.High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
