We are currently seeking a Lodge Anchor to maintain a high standard of Guest Services and Relations
You will also coordinate with our housekeeping, and lodge managers to ensure that every guest has an exceptional experience throughout their stay.
Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day Guest Relations operations in the hotel
Evaluate staff performance as they interact with guests
Resolve customer complaints
Coordinate with our housekeeping and sales managers
Assist with guest services tasks as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of hotel policies and procedures
5* Game Lodge experience
F/O - Guest Relations - experience
Attention to detail
Customer service and leadership skills
Computer proficiency
