Housekeeping Stock take and controls of Laundry and housekeeping Operating Equipment Linen stock takes and controls Quality control of all linen Receiving orders Storeroom cleanliness Issuing stock Public areas Room maintenance and checks Budget management and controls Maintaining accurate par levels Housekeeping and Laundry training where required   Guest Relations Hosting guests for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Service Courtesy calls daily Assisting with Check ins and check out Assisting with Early departures and late arrivals   Secondary Duties  (when Lodge anchors are on off days or annual leave) Front Office Day sheets, gate access manifest, guest's info., guest invoicing Waiters, Venues and service Housekeeping experience Stock control Management of staff Guest interaction
