Why Dive into Our Talent Club?Innovative Expansion: As we focus on non-comp growth, you'll be at the helm of shaping our expansion into new markets.Strategic Impact: Collaborate closely with our dynamic team and suppliers to develop strategic plans, translating them into merchandise and assortment plans.Key Responsibilities:Current Trade:Analyze store KPIs and lead discussions to maximize store sales, clearance, and space.Collaborate on in-season store sales re-forecasting with merchant planners.Convert store sales plans to stock plans and report variances for further analysis.Post Mortem:Review zero-based plans and summarize post-mortem reports based on current trade data.Seasonal Strategy:Develop seasonal strategies aligned with previous seasons' learnings and growth opportunities.Building an Assortment:Collaborate to build an assortment plan aligned with strategic store requirements.Product Allocation/Stock Allocation:Collaborate on addressing store performance deviations and optimizing stock levels.Coaching & Development:Provide mentorship within your team to nurture talent.Qualifications:Education:University or Diploma Qualification with 2-3 related quantitative or supply chain subjects.Experience:2-3 years of location planning experience within a retail environment.Knowledge/Skills:Strong business acumen with proven negotiation and decision-making abilities.Proficient in Excel and planning software.Well-rounded with excellent organizational and planning skills.Exceptional communication skills and a great team player.
