Localization Project Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:
Receiving client's projects/jobs/quotations and analyzing the requirements.Develops project plans and workflows, managing time, budget, resources and quality controlCreates and controls localization project budgets, performs cost tracking analysis, ensures timely issuance of purchase orders and invoices and approves work reports.Prospect and target new clients/opportunities.Build and maintain an active pipeline.Achieve assigned revenue quota.Communicate with potential clients via phone calls, emails, etc.Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.Promote the company's services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.Conduct on-site and remote presentations to potential clients.Represent Bayantech at trade shows, expositions, and conferences when necessary.Conduct visits to current and prospective clients
Qualifications:
1:3 Years of experience, preferable in the translation and localization fieldTech SavvyExperience in business development is a plusExcellent verbal and written English communication skillsExcellent presentation/communication skills, with the ability to clearly present the localization life-cycle to clientsOrganizational and leadership skillsProven abilities in project planning, resource and risk managementProblem-solving capabilitiesQuality and detail-orientedStrong team player in a multi-language/multi-cultural environment
