DescriptionDevelop, execute, and evaluate local marketing and sales-building plans for assigned restaurants, including promotions, visibility/access initiatives, crew communications, and community relations.Assist in analyzing and understanding the market's trading area to optimize sales strategies.Collaborate with management to develop and implement marketing strategies tailored to specific markets and restaurant needs.Build strong relationships with community organizations, local institutions, and businesses to generate sales opportunities and enhance brand visibility.Design and manage comprehensive local marketing plans for assigned restaurants.Work with the Operations Manager to implement marketing tactics that align with broader organizational goals.Training & Development Advise Area and Restaurant Managers on marketing plan development and sales-building opportunities, including community engagement strategies.Coach and mentor Restaurant Managers in executing marketing initiatives and community relations programs.Execution Monitor and ensure the proper execution of all marketing, community relations, and public relations activities across the assigned restaurants.Provide feedback to restaurant management on the impact of local marketing strategies and initiatives.Ensure all marketing materials comply with legal and brand guidelines, including trademarks and logos.Assist in developing and overseeing marketing plans for competitive restaurant openings, grand openings, and high-impact events.Education ProfileProven experience in marketing, public relations, or community relations within a retail or hospitality environment.Strong understanding of local marketing strategies, sales building, and customer engagement.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build strong community partnerships.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.Experience in coaching and mentoring teams is an advantage.Familiarity with brand management, legal advertising guidelines, and trademarks.Application InstructionsPlease forward your CV to ******.
