Your role and responsibilitiesYou will be responsible for working within the Process Automation Energy Industries, acting as a local business leader with full accountability for end-to-end business activities, including operations, portfolio management, and commercial functions (sales and marketing). You will be accountable for driving profitable business growth and meeting both short-term and long-term HUB growth and organizational development targets.You will implement and execute the business strategy, ensuring comprehensive business development within the operating unit and taking full ownership of Profit and Loss (P&L) outcomes. You will lead and inspire the local division team, fostering a safe, healthy, performance-oriented, and inclusive workplace culture in alignment with ABB's core values.You will ensure profitable business growth by setting performance targets and regularly monitoring and refining these goals through active oversight and timely improvement actions. A critical part of your role is to oversee execution and delivery while prioritizing exceptional customer experience. Your focus will include driving productivity, optimizing costs, and improving delivery performance. Monitoring quality metrics, you will identify and implement opportunities to enhance local execution.You will lead marketing and sales initiatives, cultivating long-term relationships with customers and partners to strengthen business connections. Performance management and organizational development within the assigned area will also be integral to your leadership role.You will ensure that all employees within your scope understand and comply with ABB's core values, safety standards, and integrity guidelines, consistently acting accordingly. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and relevant external contacts will be central to your role.
Qualifications for the roleTo be successful in this role, you bring a minimum of 10 years of international leadership experience. You have a strong capacity for building relationships and long-term planning at the executive and operational leadership levels, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate and achieve results with both internal and external stakeholders.You are well-versed in handling revenues exceeding 30 million USD, possess robust business planning experience, and have excelled in leading teams in multi-cultural environments.
