A Lobby Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service in a professional and friendly manner, greeting visitors and guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring the lobby area is clean and orderly.

Lobby Attendant Duties
Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate areas
Maintaining a safe and secure environment for visitors and staff
Operating and monitoring CCTV systems
Handling reservations and payments
Providing information and assistance to visitors
Answering telephone calls and taking messages
Ensuring the lobby is kept clean and tidy

Lobby Attendant Requirements
Greet and welcome guests
Check in/out guests
Provide guest assistance such as answering inquiries about hotel services and amenities
Answer telephone calls, take messages and provide information
Ensure the lobby and reception area are kept clean and tidy
