Main purpose / objective of the position:
The main purpose of this role is to: Assist with the successful delivery of an integrated Facilities Management solution to the client in line with the Service Level Agreement. Perform loading zone activities
Decision making authority: Decision making is limited and specific. None additional to those taught to the incumbent are required to perform the job. Work within a framework of existing policies and guidelines/client mandates
Experience / Education: GR12 or equivalent and at least 1 year's relevant experience.
Skills required: Administration skills Written and verbal communication skills Client service orientated Computer literacy (MS Office- Word, Excel)
Knowledge required: Company systems and procedures Client systems and procedures Knowledge of administrative procedures relating to issuing, receiving and handling of goods. Knowledge of Loading Zone operations and activities Supplier operations (Waltons, CourierIt, etc) Mail Sorting and Distribution Processes. Operating of Loading Bay Equipment (forklift).
