Load Master

As a Load Master, you will be responsible for managing and confirming the correctness of loads/products picked, received, and accurately loaded.Key Responsibilities:Check picked loads and verify correctness.Check received loads and ensure that the necessary documentation is completed in full and correctly.Ensure all products entering the warehouse are correctly palletized, damage-free, and that traceability stickers are completed in full and attached.Ensure that the daily targeted picking slips are picked and checked in accordance with the priority listing or routing.Ensure that the team under your control adheres to prescribed policies and regulations.Ensure that warehouse stock damaged is disposed of and accounted for as per procedures.Ensure that the team under your control completes the set tasks and meets the targets.Ensure that products are picked, checked, and staged in correct lanes and labeled according to truck number, with all pallets ready for loading.Ensure that any product cuts are signed for by the Supervisors and that picking slips are handed to the invoicing clerk.Ensure proper timekeeping of all team members under your control.Partake in stock counts and ensure accurate and effective counts.Control bad goods within the warehouse.Report any irregularities to superiors.Report mis-picks.Report damages.
