The LMS Administrator works with the Customer Training team, the commercial team, vendor partners, IT/Digital Solutions, and customers to support the ongoing administration of the digital training platforms.
This role aims to ensure continued high-quality delivery and support of the digital training service to customers.
This role will be based in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Responsibilities: User, Course, and Data Management Manage, update, and maintain all digital course assets on customer training delivery platforms- LMS, Content Controller, YouTube, Brightcove/website, and Canto.
Create new accounts and manage existing accounts in LMS/CC.
Ensure customers are assigned to the appropriate Branch and course catalogs.
Manage routine course review schedules, including monitoring course owners' review of course trackers to match content published in the LMS/CC.
Maintain catalogs, pages, and menus and ensure customer landing pages accurately reflect the customer's business needs.
Maintain up-to-date records of all tracking reports for internal and external use.
Monitor data to ensure reports and dashboards are published.
Serve on the quality assurance(QA) team to test digital training content for functionality Work with the Design and Development team to develop strategies for using LMS capabilities to enhance content delivery.
Manage all day-to-day operations of LMS applications.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Maintain data integrity within the LMS Develop training materials and documentation on LMS features for end-users and stakeholders.
Technical Support Provide technical support for ILOX Learn Users and customer administrators using their own LMS.
Must have previous LMS knowledge and experience in LMS administration.
Monitor support tickets and route course-related issues to the appropriate owner.
Troubleshoot issues related to the LMS Escalate technical issues when appropriate Administration and Maintenance All tied to continuous learning Make recommendations for improvements to content management and workflow processes Keep up with product updates that affect LMS management or user experience Perform routine audits of the LMS to ensure compliance with standards and procedures Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, Experience as an LMS administrator, preferably with Docebo Strong organizational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and bias toward proactive action Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and demands A self-managed team player who can work well independently and collaboratively Passionate about providing exceptional customer value and will go the extra mile for internal and external customers Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise sound judgment Technically minded, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people Highly dependable, continuously striving to grow, learn, and contribute to the team's growth.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft applications Strong communication skills.
