- Opening to closing files - Administration - Liaising with Attorneys - Liaising with clients (Banks) - Drafting of legal contracts - Drafting of Summonses, Notices, Pleadings, Section 129, Letter of demand - Liaising with the Sheriffs office - Litigation - Drafting of letters   Desired Experience & Qualifications - Good communicator - Good typing skills - Must have experience in one of the following: Debt collection Litigation / Foreclosures / VAF
