Litigation Secretary

Duties: Preparing court statements and forms Dictating Lawyers audio files and written notes Managing records, projects and calendars to make sure everything functions smoothly Transcribing and proofreading legal documents Indexing and updating pleadings and discovery binders Collecting and delivering documents Managing diaries and making travel arrangements for one or more Lawyers Supporting legal research and communicating with vendors, experts, Lawyers, opposing counsel and other staff Requirements: Experience in Civil and Commercial litigation Experience dealing with Magistrate and High Court Litigation, Debt Collections Experience with CaseLines and CourtOnline a must Diary management Must have strong attention to detail Fluent in English and Afrikaans (written and spoken) due to client base Should you not receive a response within 10 working days, please consider your application as unsuccessful
